Stryker Stretcher Parts

This is the original 2 1/2' stop block used by Stryker and Ferno.Made from machined aluminum. Safety yellow color.

These cables stretch with use and may cause the manual release system to malfunction. Inspect release handle for wear.

This wheel is used on the Stryker Power Cot. It does not fit MX or other model cots. Modern grey color.

This piece is often damaged where it comes into contact with lock bar. If cracked, it scould be replaced.

This is an aftermarket part. The wheel lock system has been simplified and works as good as the OEM wheel lock. And at a much lower price.

Handle grips often wear and tear. If there are no dimples left, they need replacing. To install, remove the end lift bars from the cot. Slice the old grips with knife or razor for easy removal. Clean any residue. Coat the lift bar and the inside of the new grip with alcohol (70% Isopropyl) . Slide the new grip in place. It takes a little strength to do this.  Easier to do if lift bars are held secure in a vice.

The hall effect sensor performs several jobs. It controlls the loading height of your cot. It works with the 'cut off' so the cot will not raise while locked into place. If your cot goes up, then stops, then goes up some more, then stops, then goes up - You need to replace this part. Also, consider replacing the cable at the same time.

This is a standard duty gas spring that is the same as the original from Stryker. In our shop we always use the HD gas spring (SK-7023HD) which has twice the warranty and if more economical in the long run.  

The yolk can be damaged when removing or installing a gas spring. The most often problem is the threads are stripped or cross threaded. Comes complete with all hardware.
